I believe our role is to do whatever it takes to create the best "learning
place" for our students.

The following are some of my basic principles:
- Student learning should be the driver for every decision the staff makes.
- Teachers' needs must be met in order for student learning to take place.
- Everyone must be involved: students, staff, parents, and community.
- We are a community of learners.
- We talk about practice, observe one another, and share!
- Developmental practices should be used.
- Reading and Writing should be integrated in all we do.
