- 6/1/12 Delaney Brown just got her Gold Key in NYC – Great Job!! She’s in NY for the Alliance for Young Artist Awards in which her photograph won both a Gold Key and the American Visions Award. So AWESOME!!
- The photographer of this image Delaney Brown (10th grade) won the National Gold Key and American Visions award for the Alliance of Young Artists and Writers (through Scholastic) contest for 2011-2012. This is a huge honor and she joins the ranks of artists such as Andy Warhol, Richard Avedon, Robert Redford, and Joyce Carol Oates. Her work will be shown a Carnegie Hall in New York City this spring.

- Check out Donavon Preiser’s beautiful photo, “Fall Colors-Boulder Creek.” This photo was awarded Honorable Mention in the Art Wolfe’s International Photography competition that is held every 2 years. Donavon’s photo will be displayed in the Burke Museum at the University of WAshington. The show begins on the 30th and runs thorugh October. In addition, selected winners will tour other museums in the US throughout 2013. Congratulations Donavon!
