For the second part of the assessment, when Dr. Grammar writes his own sentences and students must be careful, be prepared for sentences that feature the following:

- verb phrase and adverb
- irregular verb in the present form and a subordinate conjunction
- personal pronoun in possessive case and an adjective
- dependent clause and a prepositional phrase
- regular verb in the past form and a noun
