Here is the breakdown for each category on Constitution I

5 - Legislative (House and Senate)
2 - House of Representatives
2 - Senate
7 - Executive
5 - Judicial

Here is what the last part of the test looks like:

Part V. The Constitution and its Amendments

Below are listed twelve aspects of government. If one is part of the Constitution as adopted by the Constitutional Convention in 1787, then place a C for Constitution in front of that item. If one is part of the amendments to the Constitution, then place an A for Amendment. If one is neither part of the Constitution or the Amendments, then place a N for neither.

1. ___ Senators elected by state legislatures.

2. ___ Senators elected directly by the people.

3. ___ Majority party in Congress elects the President.

4. ___ Police need a warrant prior to searching your property.

5. ___ President limited to three terms in office.

6. ___ Congress has the power to declare war.

Here are the answers for the above items

1 = C because the Constitution as adopted in 1787 stipulated that Senators were to be elected by state legislatures.

2 = A because the 17th Amendment in 1913 stipulated that Senators were to be elected by the people.

3 = N because the Electoral College elects the President

4 = A because the 4th Amendment in 1791 protects the right to privacy.

5 = N because originally there was no limit on the number of times the President could be elected. The 22nd Amendment of 1951 limited the President to two terms.

6 = C because the Constitution as adopted in 1787 gave Congress the sole power to declare war.
