Begin discussion of President's five options to end World War II

1. America should continue conventional bombing until the Japanese surrender.

2. America should invade Japan, forcing them to surrender.

3. America should warn Japan about the bomb, and if the Japanese do not surrender, drop the bomb, forcing them to surrender.

4. America should first demonstrate the bomb to Japan, and if the Japanese do not surrender, drop the bomb, forcing them to surrender.

5. America should drop the bomb without warning, forcing the Japanese to surrender.
