About Lake Dolloff

Principal's Message

Hello and welcome to Lake Dolloff Elementary. My name is Aaron Rea-Smith, the interim principal, and on behalf of our staff, it is a pleasure to greet you as partners in your child's educational experience. Lake Dolloff Elementary is fortunate to have highly qualified professional and dedicated staff members who are truly committed to providing your child with the best education in a caring environment.

We offer our students a full academic program that encompasses Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth grade. In addition, we have full-time professional educators who teach and enhance learning in general music, physical education and library skills. We also have highly trained math and two reading specialists and two Americorp volunteers. In addition, the Lake Dolloff counselor provides each child important lessons in social and behavioral growth through lessons in problem solving using Kelso's Choice, anti-bullying, respect, and cooperation.

Lake Dolloff is dedicated to meeting all learning needs for students. To accomplish this, we offer a variety of programs including All Day Kindergarten, Extended Learning Opportunity for math, Resource Room, and services for English Language Learners.

Parent support is vital to the growth of your children academically and otherwise. We strongly encourage you to help in any way whether through volunteering in the classroom to participating regularly in the PTA. Any contribution you can make is highly sought after.

Feel free to contact us any time if you have questions or are looking for opportunities to assist in your child's education.

Sincerely,
Aaron Rea-Smith
Interim Principal
