Dear Parents,

Thank you for returning the calendar surveys! The Meredith Hill community strongly supports our full day conference days and including time for teachers to plan together in our calendar. We will finish counting survey results and write a report for the school board. The board makes a decision to accept our calendar or ask for changes, then sends it to the state board for approval. Our hope is to finish this process by early spring.

Christie Brown, Principal

"2nd Cup of Coffee"

Ms. Brown invites you to the Meredith Hill Staff room on Friday, January 19th from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. for a second cup of coffee and good conversation.

This is an opportunity to meet other parents, bring up issues of concerns, and find out what's happening at Meredith Hill. These gatherings are informal and non-structured with topics being brought up by people attending.

Come to our next "Second Cup of Coffee" on January 19th, the coffee is hot and waiting for you!
