Attendance:

Students need to be present each day and on time to school. Because curriculum is integrated throughout the day and each day contributes to the next, daily class participation will affect student learning and grades. We are attempting to instill a love of learning, self-management and reliability. These qualities will help promote enjoyment and success in the future. Students, parents, and teachers participate in goal setting, revision and conferences to ensure student progress.

Behavior Management/Discipline:

Students taking charge of their own learning and behavior a primary goal we strive to achieve. We want students to participate, be responsible, have positive self-concepts and see learning as a positive, life-long journey. We are working towards self-managers.

Our Philosophy:

Children learn best when they are engaged in activities that are at a high level of interest.

Children should always feel positive and good about themselves. Every child needs to possess some quality in which she/he can experience success. This success works best as a team of parent, child and teachers all working together. I look forward to working with you and your child.
