If your child signed up to be on the student leadership Green Team, the meetings will be in Mrs. Pierovich’s classroom (Room 13) from 8-8:40 on the following dates:
January 8th/22nd February 5th/19th March 5th/19th April 2nd/ 23rd May 7th/21 June 4th

In order to ensure all students are picked up safely from school, the 2-5 grade students who are picked up will now be exiting ONLY from the front doors of the school. The bus riders will be walked to the bus door by their teachers and the Westway students will be escorted to the gym to wait for their bus and will be monitored by the wonderful Americorp volunteers. The kindergarten and 1st grade students will be exiting the same as before where parents either park and walk to come and get their child from the classroom door or stay in their car in the driveway.

The next general membership PTA meeting is in the OLV library at 4:30 on Monday January 26th. Please join us to review our calendar and sign up for activities. Light refreshments and child care will be provided. If you have not yet joined and are wanting to it is not too late. Please bring your money and form to the PTA meeting or to the PTA room in the back of Room 9. Membership fees are $22 per family or $12 per person. The money goes to help us maintain our good standing with the PTA organization as well as allows us to maintain our tax exempt status which is crucial in fundraising as without this we could not collect funds for the school in any way.
