Beluga whales are generally found in arctic and subarctic waters where the temperature can be as low as 32 degrees Farenheit. Belugas can also be found in warm-water estuaries during the summer. They tend to stay in shallow waters that is deep enough to submerge their bodies, but they can also be found in deeper waters. They are found in arctic and subarctic areas along the northern coast of Canada, Alaska, Russia, Norway and Greenland. |
