Meet Mrs. Swenson
Experience
I have fifteen years of experience teaching music and directing choirs
— adult, junior high and elementary. I have been with the Federal
Way Public Schools for 11 of those years. I direct four choirs at
Sacajawea, as well as an adult church choir. I also am the webmaster
for Sacajawea.
Education
I
graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor’s of Music
Education, Choral. My main instruments are voice and piano. I completed
my Master’s Degree in Educational Technology though Walden University
in 2004. I continue my education by taking classes and attending technology
and music workshops.
