Sherwood Forest PTA is all about supporting our students. PTA-sponsored programs support various activities including fifth grade celebration, summer camp, assemblies, field trips and the day-to-day little things that make our school better for the students. PTA programs such as Art Docent, Book Fair, Carnival, Craft Fair, Family Fun Nights, Read and Lead, Reflections and Science Nights add to our school's value to its students and the community. PTA also serves a vital role in assisting with school health screening, clothing bank, ID bracelets, holiday baskets and risograph services.

You can be a part of the PTA team to support our kids. Check with the school office for information on how to join, or fill out the membership form on the back of your PTA newsletter, the "Nottingham News." You are invited to attend our general meetings held the third Tuesday of each month (if a school day) at 7:00 p.m. in the school library.

For more information on PTA you can go to the Washington State PTA web site or the National PTA web site.
