Star Lake Elementary

This is an important message from Star Lake Elementary Principal Mindy Thompson for parents and guardians of Star Lake students.  This Friday, May 4th, Star Lake will be in session to make up for the emergency closure on Monday, April 30.  We apologize for the short notice.  Students should attend school on May 4th, but, due to the short notice, all student absences will be excused on that day only. Thank you and have a wonderful evening.

Star Lake will be operating normally and on time tomorrow, Tuesday, May 1, 2012. However, the MSP testing and the MSP breakfast originally scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed.

Parents and guardians will be notified as soon as a make-up day has been scheduled for today’s unexpected closure. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the school office at 253-945-4000.

Star Lake Elementary will be closed Monday, April 30, due to a sewer leak.  Updates will be posted to the district website and the phone callout system.

Don’t forget yearbooks are on sale now and can be purchased through the Star Lake PTA.  If you are interested please send a note or call so the front office can send home an order form with your child.
