Identification Number - [2] This is your permanent
student number. All your educational information is recorded
by your student number so memorize this number.
Year
of Graduation - [4] This year is set when you complete
the 8th grade and enter the 9th grade.
Report
Date - [5] Always check the date of the report to find
out if it is the most current available.
Course
Description- [6] These are the titles of courses taken.
Grades -
[7] (Semester)
The 1st column is the 1st semester grade.
The 2nd column is the 2nd semester grades
(Block) The 1st Column is block grades.
Earned
Credit- [8] The number of credits earned per course
(generally .50 credit.)
Year
and Grade Level-[9] Listing of your grade level at
the time the course was taken. Sometimes 7th and 8th grade courses
are included on
a transcript.
Cumulative
GPA- [10] The cumulative average includes all courses
taken. This is not weighted.
Total
Earned Credits -
[11]Total number of credits met or completed.
Rank
in Class - [12] The first number is your individual
student rank. The second number is the number of students in
your graduating class. The rank is current as of the date listed
in number 4 above. Please note the rank could change each time
the grades are updated.
Grade
Table - [13] This table determines your Grade Point
Average (GPA).
