Want a special grad ad for your son or daughter yet are not sure how to create one? Now, all you need is the pictures and know what you want to say and the 2010 Annual staff will build it with you.
On January 27, from 4 to 7 PM, parents can come to room 218 at TBHS and have an annual staff member help them build an ad for just $20, plus the cost of the ad (see information on the left). You get 30 minutes of time with a staff member that will help ou with design and placement. Staff can scan pictures or upload digital pictures, so you know exactly what that special grad ad will look like

Thunderbolt Yearbook Earns a Gold Medal From CSPA
The 2009 edition of the Todd Beamer Thunderbolt Yearbook, themed The Titan in You, received word today that it was awarded a Gold Medal from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association (CSPA). This honor is given to less than 50 books nationally each year. The book was graded on five areas, Concept, Coverage, Writing, Photography, and Design. In three of those categories, Coverage, Photography, and Design the Thunderbolt earn All-Columbian Honors for outstanding work in a specialty area.
This is the highest honor a Todd Beamer book has received from the CSPA. The editor in chief of the 2009 Thunderbolt is current University of Washington student April Alfiler.
