bandTJ has a number of opportunities for musically inclined students, including pep band, drumline, jazz band, orchestra, concert band, and several choirs.  Consult the course catalog for class listings in music.

TJHS Musical Theatre proudly presents its 24th production ANYTHING GOES.  With music and lyrics by the wonderful Cole Porter and libretto by Guy Bolton, P. G. Wodehouse, Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse, the story takes place on the S.S. American somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.  Billy Crocker, a stowaway, is in love with an heiress, Hope Harcourt, who is, in turn, engaged to Lord Evelyn Oakleigh are sailing to England with nightclub singer and former evangelist, Reno Sweeney, and Public Enemy #13, Moonface Martin, who is posing as a minister. A series of comical mistaken identifies ensues as the passengers and crew sing and dance their way across the ocean.  The show is directed by Laird M Thornton with musical direction by Brian Soushek and choreography by Kaytee Brown.

Performance dates: April 30 and May 1, 2, 8, 9, and 10 at 7:30 pm; and May 3rd, 9th and 10th at 2:00 pm.

We do offer  reserved seating for groups of two or more for $15.00 each. Reserved seats are guaranteed to be among the best in the house. They must be ordered (by writing to the email address listed above) at least one week before the show you want to attend and must be pre-paid.
