Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3) education association of students preparing for careers in business and business-related fields. The Association has four divisions with one each for high school students, middle school students, postsecondary students, and Professional members. The FBLA-PBL Mission is to bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs^[1].

This national leadership organization gives members the chance to meet and interact with their respective communities through various activities. They learn more about the society around them and they provide useful services to community members.
