This week and next in Spring Athletics:

This is an exciting week to be a Raider. This week spring sports wrap up and crown a champion.  Several Raiders will be hoping to wrap up their season by becoming a state champion. Here is the break down of those Raiders as they proceed with their season.

Tuesday May 21st
Girls Golf – Alexus Song tees off at 7:30 while Hannah Yi tees off at 8:00 at the Camas Meadows Country Club in the first round
Boys Golf – AJ Seo tees off at 10:40 in the first round at Club Green Meadows golf Course in Vancouver

Boys Soccer – The Raiders take on Snohomish in the semi-finals Friday May 24th at 6:00 at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup. After that win, they will play for the state title on Saturday at 4:00 at Sparks Stadium.

Girls Tennis – Cindy Park and Crystal Lee open up doubles play in Yakima on Friday May 24th
Boys Tennis – Alex Chan and Alex Lee begin singles play while Cameron Martin and Zach Martin open up in doubles on Friday in Yakima as well.

Track and Field – at Mount Tahoma High School
Kaya Warrior competes in the Discuss on Thursday May 23rd at 3:35 and in the shot put on Friday at 10:10
Johnny Myles competes in the high jump on Friday May 24th at 3:35
Cheryl Hong races in the 400 meter prelims at 4:50 on Friday
Yohan Gebrehiwet runs the 800 meter on Saturday at 9:50
Montana Pellegrini and Allison Arthur open up their pole vault competition on Saturday at 1:15

Athletic Eligibility
In order to be eligible to participate in school athletics, students need to be enrolled and regularly attending full-time. Seniors who are on track to graduate may initially enroll in one less class than the minimum number of classes required for other students.
