The Totem Chess Club combines educational and social activities,
members come to play, to learn, to teach and to get together with
friends and make new friends during the games.
Club activities include: chess challenges to prepare students
to play at higher competitive levels and games against other schools
at district level. The club will prepare the teams based on
skill level to play at the State chess tournament; Players will compete
in a club ladder promotion. Membership is voluntary; players may play
Monday through Thursday during lunch .
Also, students may play occasionally before or after school.
