PREDICTABLE -We are looking for kids that are "predictable." We want kids that show up on time, give 110% every day, have positive attitudes, and who lift up their teammates. WE WANT KIDS THAT WE KNOW WE CAN COUNT ON DAY IN DAY OUT.

ATTITUDE -Attitude will be the key component to our year. A player with a bad attitude, regardless of skill, will not be part of our program.

WORK ETHIC -We are looking for hard-nosed, aggressive players who are role models for their peers. We are looking for kids who give 110% no matter what.

DISCIPLINE -In order to be part of our team, you must be disciplined in all that you do. You must have the discipline to get your work done in the classroom; the discipline to be on time; the discipline to give your best on the basketball floor; the discipline to choose the harder right over the easier wrong.

Please look at yourself in accordance with the four principles above. Are you predictable? Do you have a good attitude? Do you always give 110%? Are you disciplined in your efforts? Can we count on you?
