Apply now for grading advisory committee
Federal Way Public Schools is developing a District Grading Advisory Committee to share research and provide input to the district on effective grading practices for all students in our district. To apply, please pick up a form at your child’s school or go to our website at www.fwps.org/blog/gradingcommittee/. Completed applications must be submitted electronically or in hard copy to the Education Service Center (ESC) by January 27, 2014 (5:00 pm).

If you are interested in volunteering at school, or joining your child’s class on a field trip, you must complete the Washington State Patrol Background Clearance form. Clearance can take up to 2 weeks.
